UP200 Sled Dogs

These dogs LOVE to run. I followed the veterinary team for this Iditarod qualifying race in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. They checked vitals at every checkpoint, tended tired paws, and made sure the dogs were healthy and happy throughout the race. All the love that the dogs showed for each other and their mushers was impossible to miss.
